He has 5 years of experience on banking documentation with the extensive practical knowledge of land property vetting, drafting legal documents, RJSC affairs, Income Tax, Company issues etc. He graduated from Prime University, Dhaka also post-graduated from the same University.

Responsibility of Mr. Saiful Islam Arpon includes:

• Drafting and vetting of routine contracts relating to property
• Resolve any kind of Civil and Criminal cases up to the final settlement.
• Prepare and verify legal drafts such as MOU agreements as per company requirements to ensure company’s legal interest.
• Conduct legal verification of personnel file of newly recruited employees to confirm the authenticity of the information. Look after and resolve field force absconding/ defaulter/monetary defalcation/ misconduct issues of the company.
• Draft and review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance
• Prepare all legal requirements
• Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities
