Rafique Ul Huq (2 November 1935 – 24 October 2020) was a Bangladeshi barrister who served as the Attorney General of Bangladesh in 1990. Huq served as the counsel of the then Bangladesh Awami League President Sheikh Hasina and Bangladesh Nationalist Party Chairperson Khaleda Zia when they were charged with corruption cases during the 2006–08 Bangladeshi political crisis.
