• preparing different type of security documents relevant to RJSC charge creation;
• preparing various kinds of legal draft for the purpose of day-to-day banking business;
• responsible for creating contracts and negotiating agreements between the entities, consulting company, Vat & Income Tax, RJSC matters;
• consults and handles various corporate legal processes such as intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, and patents;
• responsible for develop company policies, research and guard against legal risks, ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and represent the company in legal proceedings;
• draft and review legal documents, negotiate deals, and administer contracts.
