Both the party husband and wife must physically attend before the Marriage Registrar and sign their names in the Registrar Book (Balal Book) of marriage registrar.
Registration of Mutual Divorce:
Step 1 | Both husband and wife need to sign and put his and her thumb impression in the Registrar Book (Balal Book) of marriage registrar. The Divorce will be effective immediately.
Step 2 | Husband or wife, anyone can apply for Divorce Certificate and can get it in the same day.
